The Best Western Valley Hotel is a 3-star country house hotel, set on the banks of the River Severn in the world heritage site of Ironbridge, surrounded by stunning award winning parkland, making it very favourable to both the corporate and leisure guests. This Georgian listed building has 44 individually designed en suite rooms. All have high-speed Wi-Fi internet access and common facilities.
Less than 10 minutes walk down the river from the hotel is the now world famous Ironbridge itself. This bridge has become a symbol of our bygone industrial heritage, the atmosphere of which has been recaptured by the many and varied Ironbridge Gorge Museum sites. All of the museum sites are within easy walking distance, or a short drive from the hotel. The Valley Hotel pre-dates the famous bridge by a quarter of a century and has historic links with the Darby family.

We have a mixture of 1st, 2nd and ground floor en suite rooms.
All rooms are en suite. Some rooms have queen sized or four poster beds with views. 6 internal rooms are air conditioned. Rollaway beds available in some rooms on request.
The Chez Maw Restaurant is a stylish and relaxing place to dine, offering excellent 2 AA Rosette awarded cuisine and a high standard of service. The à la carte menu offers a wide variety of dishes with English and continental influences, with a good selection of vegetarian dishes available. The extensive wine list offers a selection of New World and classic wines to complement your meal.
Catering for up to 60 guests, the dining room has the benefit of an adjacent bar area that leads to the patio overlooking stunning parkland and the River Severn.
The hotel is easily accessible via the M54 from the M6 and only a 5 minute drive from Telford town centre.
